Sodium sulfite anhydrous use range and maximum usage is as follows: Gry group shavings 5g/kg, dried fruit (raisin exclused) 2g/kg, gelatin 0.5g/kg,  dewy wine (excluding alcoholic content for dewy wine, fruit juice and concentrated juice with capacity more than 1%), syrup, sugar and candied cherry 0.3g/kg, natural juice 0.15g/kg, jelly beans 0.1g/kg, shrimp meat 0.1g/kg, other foods, 0.03g/kg. prohibited for sesame milk, beans, vegetables and raw edible blood.

Sodium sulfite anhydrous is mainly used as bleaching agent, also used as preserving agents and antioxidants. It has more effective inhibition function for muramidase than yeasts. When used mix it into 0.2% to 2% aqueous solution, impregnate or sprayed on fruits with solution. The fruits treated by this method can achieve the purpose of antioxidant and keeping scent.
